Return Process

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the product is in its original, pristine condition.

  Ship to Studio

  Send the package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality compliance, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
